We need a safe and clean environment so we need a lot of moderators...as many as we can get, too! That is right! We might not even stop looking for them. Be aware though, we will search for the best and get the best.

A quality we look for in all of our staff is honesty. If anything ever happens, we want you to be honest to us as well as the rest of the community. We also want our staff to be able to remain calm in any situation. To not stoop down to another's level. And to handle the situation maturely. If you can not at least be honest with us and be able to remain calm in any time of situation, please rethink your application.

The mods need to know how to solve problems and work things out. Think you can do that?

It is not required that you quit all your jobs/commitments if and when you are accepted as a Kinopiron staff. HOWEVER you will be held accountable for keeping up with your fellow staff members. Overload from taking on, for example, artist tasks from 5 different sites is not an excuse.
